Meet the Founder
Laura Osorio, MBA, EA
Laura Osorio is the founder of Modern Tax Relief and an Enrolled Agent federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
For over 10 years, Laura has worked in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation, helping individuals and businesses stay compliant and resolve complex tax matters. She attends tax and accounting conferences and training every year to stay current on changes in tax law and the technology used to navigate it — knowledge she brings directly to every client’s case.
Laura looks beyond the balance owed. She reviews the complete financial picture, explains the options that actually apply, and walks clients through the benefits, limitations, costs, and timelines of each path before recommending a strategy.
Her credentials include an MBA in International Business, the IRS Enrolled Agent designation, and QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification from Intuit.
